Procedure

4 Steps to Register at NSIS

Inquiry Submission

Submit our digital admissions form below or visit one of our campus administration offices in-person to purchase a corporate prospectus brochure.

Placement Evaluation

A basic evaluation test and student interview will be scheduled to determine the child's academic placement and English proficiency levels.

Documentation & Fees

Upon successful entry results, parents submit required certificates (Birth Certificate, Leaving Certificate, Academic transcripts) and pay registrations.

Orientation & Entry

The administration board issues student ID cards, uniforms, textbooks, and provides orientation details for the incoming term.

Grade Placement Guidelines

Playgroup

Basic motor coordination, sensory tasks, social play.

2.5 - 3.5 Years

Nursery / Montessori

Montessori phonics, basic numeracy, creative arts.

3.5 - 4.5 Years

Kindergarten

Structured speech, language, pre-primary skills.

4.5 - 5.5 Years

Grade 1 - 5 (Primary)

Core literacy, arithmetic science, language studies.

5.5 - 10.5 Years

Grade 6 - 11 (Secondary)

Advanced sciences, algebraic structures, O/Level prep.

10.5 - 16.5 Years

Advanced Levels (A/L)

Specialized commerce, bio/phys sciences streams.

16.5 - 18.5 Years

Required Documents

Please bring clear photocopies alongside the original certificate papers at the interview evaluation:

  • Student's Birth Certificate (English translation preferred)
  • Recent School Leaving Certificate (if applicable)
  • Progress report cards from last consecutive 2 school terms
  • Copy of parent/guardian's National Identity Card or Passport
  • 3 Passport-sized photos of student
