What is the difference between Edexcel, Cambridge, and Local Syllabus streams?

Pearson Edexcel and Cambridge are prestigious international curricula offering globally recognized testing systems and university qualifications. The Local Syllabus is the Sri Lankan national curriculum, offered in the English medium at NSIS, preparing students for local G.C.E. O/L and A/L examinations.

Which campuses offer Advanced Level (A/L) classes?

Advanced Level (A/L) classes, including Science, Mathematics, Commerce, and Arts streams, are offered exclusively at our Negombo Campus (Main Campus). Students from other campuses transition to Negombo for their pre-university studies.

What STEM facilities are available at NSIS?

We offer dedicated ICT computer centers, Lego robotics labs, smart classrooms with digital board boards, and separate Biology, Physics, and Chemistry laboratories equipped to accommodate senior experimental curricula.
